Really Easy Website Builder

Really Easy Website Builder is now an established software program on sale here at Shed 18 and we're really excited about it.

The idea was begun with Easy Website Express, a great program in its own right, but Easy Website Builder carries the concept much further. As well as producing websites with no knowledge of HTML coding it makes writing great sales pages a doddle.

Now, we're not great programmers at Shed 18; we write a lot of our own ebooks but we get our software made by techies. So if we can use it anyone can! And it also allows us to write independent reviews.

What does Really Easy Website Builder do?
We found that it does exactly what it says on the tin (or in this case the sales page); builds a potentially profitable selling website with all the trimmings.

Read the Sales page
The sales page will tell you exactly what Really Easy Website Builder does; here we're only telling you what we found.

Make the basic webpage
We found this incredibly easy using the Site creator.

Just fill in the form above, select color and press the 'Preview' button. Up comes your basic webpage for inspection and will incorporate the information you entered on the form.

You can change anything until you're absolutely satisfied with your creation. When it's OK press the 'Create' button to build a website of four pages.

Above is shown a website made from the form. The basic website has five pages, 'index', 'links', 'about', contact and 'other'. Pages can be added by copying "other" and renaming. All pages can be renamed except 'index'. Every website must have an 'index.html' It's the page that search engines look for first.

The Page Editor
Having produced the basic webpage we processed it using the page editor. This easy to use tool works similarly to a word processor, and if you've used Word, you're nearly there. Change fonts, colours, add graphics, add links; it's all there and easy to do.

Page editor doesn't have to be used with Creator. Use it on any web page or use your own template. That's why 'blank' and 'layers' are on the website. They're our experimental efforts.

Sales Page Creator
This is described fully in the sales page. We've used it and it works. It doesn't write your ad. for you but makes it much simpler; just fill in the form and press the button.

We would suggest you compose your peerless prose in a text editor first, spell check it etc, and copy and paste it into the boxes; this is standard procedure and is probably quicker.

Download Page Creator
Fill in a simple form to make your download page

Update
This allows you to change all pages to keep the look the same. It only affects the sides and top of the pages; not the content. Changes are made on the 'index' page before using the update facility.

Upload your website
Using rhe really Easy FTP client.

Conclusions
Although we generally use an advanced (and expensive and hard to master) webpage editor, we use Really Easy Website Creator for the many mini-sites and small sections of our websites. The Sales letter Creator is worth the price alone.

A profitable website doesn't need flashy animated graphics or a multitude of colours competing for attention. What do you look for in a shop window? Tasteful decoration, colour coordination and the sales items laid out carefully to attract you to buy. And the same thing with a web page; it's your shopfront; it's there to sell. Don't put flashy stuff in your shopwindow; unless of course you're selling flashy stuff!

Now go along to the sales page and have a good read; it's all there, most of it. This is a serious program!
